It seems like I have always owned a Polaroid so I most likely replace this one. Besides my kids have definitely gotten the bug. There is just something about a Polaroid picture. It's not just the instant gratification, though that definitely plays a part. It is the uniqueness of each shot. It is just one little moment that you capture and then it is gone. It makes them all the more special. And of course the best pictures are the ones that are not posed or that are just a little off.
The new 300 Polaroids are cute and all but they still do not hold a candle to my beloved 600 from years ago. I mean just look at the sheer awesomeness of these black + white beauties.
Yes, my Mom was at the party. She was on bar duty.
The camera is no more, but I still have one clip of black + white 600 film left. I cannot get myself to throw it away. I keep hoping maybe they will revive this camera. Probably not, but one can dream. In the meantime I still have my lovely pics from a time long, long ago.
