Unfortunate Outfits - Furry Faux Pas

Look folks I know the North East is bracing itself for an epic snow storm.  I don't care how cold or snowy it is, there is never an excuse for this.


What the hell is going on here?  Anyone?  Is the fur part of a coat?  Or is it a full on 3-tier maxi length fur skirt?  Would someone opt to wear an ankle length fur prairie skirt?  

I won't even ask if it is real fur.

    1. Thanks for the info. I checked out the site and while I really like most of the collection, even the jacket with the fur lining, this one just kind of bugs. Bugs me. But that as me. And as Tim Gunn always says Chacun A Son Gout (forgive the lack of accents, cannot figure out how to do that)
